Afang soup nutritional value is very high and with the combination of special vegetables that nourishes the body and gives it a perfect balance….INGREDIENTS OF AFANG SOUP:1,sliced okazi/afang leaves:2,water leaves.3:,red palm oil(about one drink of glass).:4,beef,kanda,and dry fish.:5,pepper and salt to taste.:6,maggi…COOKING DIRECTION…boil the fish With kanda with the diced onions and stock cubes in a very small quantity of water..now add the palmoil and crayfish and pepper once its start boiling,add the afanq (okazi)leaves and waterleaves and periwinkle,when the okazi leaves have softened and the water has dried up a bit.add salt and maggi to taste and leave to simmer for 5mintues.
